Internationally Reputed Pianist Jana Chaudhuri’s Recital at CSM
A packed to capacity Sandre Hall at the CSM (Calcutta School of Music) resounded with the gems of European piano selections on Saturday 28th January. As internationally renowned Czech pianist Jana Chaudhuri presented a stunning repertoire of Smetana, Rachmaninoff, Liszt, Chopin and Vitezslav Novak, with husband Maestro Debashish Chaudhuri, a reputed and sought after conductor in Europe, who hails originally from Kolkata, giving the relevant connections about the conductors and the pieces performed.
