• Char grilled Pomfret marinated in tandoori masala

• Nattu Koli Biriyani, chicken biriyani served in a ring of mutton with hard boiled eggs.

• Mutton Vindaloo, mutton marinated in the vindaloo masala and cooked till perfection.

• Chicken Xacuti, Julienne chicken served in a ring of rice.
