The Grand Pujor Mahabhoj pays tribute to the culinary diversity of Bengal showcasing a plethora of over a 100 delicacies.

The elaborate buffet brings your favorites like the Chingri Malai curry, Kosha Mangsho, Pabdar Jhal and Bhekti Paturi. The menu also goes beyond Bengal and presents our rich culinary and cultural heritage from the days of the British Raj, the Mughal Royals, cuisines of the North-East, Marwari, Parsi, Bihari as well as French options. These dishes achieved their evolutionary peak and thus received legendary status.

The menu comprises of local specialties from various parts of the country and are firm favorites for over 600 years and is thus a tribute to the culinary diversity of this great nation.

The set up at the ballroom includes individual counters serving up a variety of dishes from particular regions. Each counter has some dishes prepared on site, thus making it an interactive dining experience.
