Shared Director of De Sovrani, Miss Kamalini Paul noted that “Everyone does a monsoon fish festival focused on one fish, this year we wanted to do something rather unique and innovative; and ‘Catch me if you can’ aims to do exactly that. With this we also aim to uphold and remind people of their connection to nature, the source of our fresh and tasty meals.”
Manoj Kumar Shaw, Executive Chef of De Sovrani said: “As we see in Thailand where the people are choosing the items from the live fish counter we have tried to provide the same concept here. Here too, you can also choose your own fish prepared in Chinese, Continental, Indian and Tandoori styles, with special sauces and condiments, as per your taste.”
