The Veg Thali includes SukkuVellam, PachaMoru, Tapioca Chips, Banana Chips, Lemon Pickle, Inji Curry, Red Rice, Ghee, Appam & Parippu, Veg stew, Potato Raw Banana Thoran, Kaalan, Olan, Drumsticks Theeyal, Erissery, BhendiPacchadi, Sambar, Rasam, Pappadam, Ada Pardhaman, Coconut Payasam.
The Non-veg thali includes SukkuVellam, PachaMoru, Tapioca Chips, Lemon Pickle, Inji Curry, Red Rice, Ghee, Ghee, Appam, Parippu, Potato Raw Banana Thoran, BhendiPachadi, Sambar, Rasam, Erissery, Malabar Chicken and Mutton coconut fry, MeenMapas, KonjuOlarthiyadhu, Papadam, Ada Pardhaman, Coconut Payasam. Each dish is a tribute to the culinary excellence of Kerala.
