KOLKATA, 18th March 2023: With so many choices of cuisines, budgets and styles, eating out in the city can be overwhelming for most people; but Flavours of India has been that favourite destination for all the Kolkatans for these past 20 years. Flavours of India started off as a Multicuisine restaurant which 20 years ago was a rare phenom. Their innovation with flavours and fusion food concepts got a theme to it 2 years ago with a new menu launch and their #FusionRevolution, as they provide the best selection of International Flavours with a local twist, flavours from all over India, and some of the best North Indian, and Asian food in the city. The family favourite is now stepping into their 20s this March 18 with a month-long food festival that features its top 20 dishes over the last two decades - An amalgamation of its classics and current favourites.

Flavours of India has not only introduced the citizens of Kolkata to the new authentic amalgamation of foods, but has also come up with some extremely delicious fusion dishes while offering authentic cuisines celebrated across the country.

The reason this restaurant has been thriving for all this time is because of its capability to connect to the bon vivant people of Kolkata by delivering quality food to the city. The most unique thing that they came up with in 2003 was the Private Dining Section for families and a private section for get-togethers (birthdays, anniversaries, kitty parties and corporate events) giving guests a sense of privacy and a comfortable atmosphere something they still strive to provide with their recently renovated spaces.

On the occasion of their 20th anniversary the restaurant has introduced Twenty Special Delicacies which people have always loved over these years. The anniversary celebration will be kicked off with the ‘Food Festival’ and will be accompanied by some amazing live music. Some of the special dishes for this month-long festival are: Veg Cornflake Kebabs, Chilly Turkey Aloo, Malai Broccoli, FoI Special Paneer, Garlic Parmesan Wings, Mutton Butter Fry, Gondhoraj Panko Fried Fish, Malai Chilli Chicken, Sharabi Jhinga, Chicken Coastal Kebab, Dudhiya Makai, Dal Bukhara, Subz Jodhpuri, Bhuna Gosht, Chicken Jalandhari, Ran Nawabi, Rajasthani Laal Mans, Goan Fish Curry, Onion Cheese Chilli Kulcha and Cilantro Rice.

To accompany the special dishes FOI will serve its favourite drinks and cocktails, namely Aegon Negroni, Green Goblin, Long Island Ice Tea, Litchi Colada, Margarita, Strawberry Chamomile Martini and Strawberry Mojito.

FOI, which can be found on AJC Bose Road, has been a popular destination for foodies for almost 20 years. In terms of its ambience, dining experience, and food quality, it has consistently delivered. Due to its newly renovated private dining areas, it is a popular family destination. Their goal is to cater to the tastes of the local community by serving international cuisine with a local twist. In addition, they offer a fusion of flavours from all over India under one roof, giving their customers a one-of-a-kind and novel dining experience.
