Monkey Bar Laughs It Up With Kalkutta Komedians
Monkey Bar, Kolkata brings you ‘Stand-Up Thursdays’, all of July 2017, with ‘Kalkutta Komedians’. Kicking off the laughathon are comedians Raof Gangee, Chandroday Pal, Ankit Bhardwaj and Abhinav Tiwary this Thursday, July 13th 2017 from 9 -10 pm. Laugh yourself silly as they take you through a hilarious dig at the eccentricities of daily Indian life and more. Bring out those whistles because you’re in for a super entertaining night! Not to forget, we have our selection of lip-smacking small plates and fabulous cocktails to keep you company through the night. Pick from MoBar Caramelized Ribs, Tiger Beef or Mushroom Galouti Kebabs in small plates or order our signature cocktails like Mangaa or Copper Monkey.
‘Kalkutta Komedians’, Kolkata’s first stand-up group, is part of a nationwide Komedians group. Raof Gangee, founder member of Kolkata Komedians has performed in numerous shows, appeared on various television and radio shows including BBC’s World Radio Service and penned humorous columns across publications. With their witty and amusing take on everything, ‘Kalkutta Komedians’ leave their audience in splits wherever they go!
