A Legacy of Spices and Herbs
This Rakhi Soha Ali Khan along with rakhi gifted her brother, Saif Ali Khan a box full of carefully selected very own Indian Spices of the newly launched brand Legacy Co. That made me get hold of their brochure and list of offerings they have to make and discovered a whole range of Indian and Continental herbs and spices to make food very delicious.
"We get most demands for Aloo Dum masala, Paneer Tikka Masala, Kebab masala, Texan BBQ rub, Mac 'n' Cheese besides other individual choices" according to Sunita Gupta.
The offerings in the section Kitchen Essentials are available in 100gms, 200 gms and 500 gms packets. The Aromatics list offers 100gms and 200gm packets. The Healt and Fiber has a wide list to choose from and available in 50gms,200gms and 450gms packets. The variety under Indian blends are available in 100 gms and 200gms and the very interesting International blends come in 50gms and 100gms pack. What is special about these packets is they are ziplocked and stand on table tops so you don't need put them in containers but stay fresh for a very long time retaining their aroma.
Lecacy Co. Is a lockdown inspired startup by Sunita Gupta a software engineer turned homemaker and her daughter Sukriti Gupta. Sukriti who is a law graduate from Symbiosis has been working with Azure Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. Together they ideated,designed and put individual skill and experiences together to start this venture which has already gained popularity.
You will get all blends and mixes which are homemade so you can be assured, that everything is very pure and very clean. The best part is they deliver at your doorstep. So with this new tastemaker at hand and confined to indoor lifestyle preparing delicous aromatic meals for family and close friends is going to be adventurous ven for those who like me have very little culinary skills.
